*~** Orchard Visits **~*

I seldom go Orchard after secondary school days... Don't know why this time after exams, I have been going Orchard for consecutively 3 weekends!!

1st weekend (15 May)

HS had Ogawa road show at Great World City. So I went shopping with my mum, to Tiffany to do engraving on my wedding gift from HuiLi, Lynne and Lilian. Didn't buy anything as I can fit into NOTHING... Hmmm~ I miss my skinny jeans!!

Worked abit as my boss need me to make last minute changes to her flight booking.. Thankfully i have the mobile number of the travel agent and she was able to help me settle it. If not i will be in trouble~

2nd weekend (22 May & 23 May)

 Then I went to Orchard on both days this weekend. So gut lat~

Saturday morning HS and I went to the maid agency and settle the maid contract and payment. Then I met up with Cai Ping and Ivy. Shopping and bought a bag at Far East. Suitable for studying as A4 can fit. It's not ex. Only $29.90. CP bought the same one as mine. Then in the evening met up with Nick, Davine, Christine and HS at Raffles City after their road show at Funan. Took Peking Duck Crepe for dinner. Yum yum~

My urge of buying a Agnis B bag was revived in the afternoon when i saw CP's pink one and we went to see the range available at Isetan Wisma. So I told HS that I may want to buy one but not confirm yet as its not a necessity and I should be spending wisely since the baby is coming soon. I showed him the design that i like at the boutique in Raffles City.

After which we went to Robinsons to shop for baby items, mattress and Mustella products. HS said he wanted to go to the gents and went away from the group. Later he returned and gave me a GREAT surprise with the bag!! OMG~ I really didn't expect as he always discourage me from buying everytime when I say I want to buy...

Sunday I went to Cineleisure with May Yee and Xueting for our Karaoke Session. This was planned long time ago before our exams. MY surprisingly has been having the urge to sing. This is so unlike her. She used to say, "I wouldn't sing even if you give me a million bucks!" Haha! Sang for 5 hrs! We were all losing our voice...

Then we went to 313 and had dinner at a new place call the "Handburger". Tried "The Works" which is really nice! However, please only order that if you are really hungry. It's so filling!

Gave MY a surprise as i arranged to meet Zann at the restaurant for dinner so we can give her the beautiful present - Heart Shaped Pendant - She thought the world is sooo small that we meet Zann coincidentally. Hehehe~

Week 3 (29 May)

This time round went with my lao gong~ Drove to Orchard Point for OG. Great that GSS has started. Bought $140++ of things. He knows that the weight that pregnancy is giving me is too much for my legs (esp. calves and heels) to support. So he bought me a pair of Crocs slippers which I think the support at the heels is really superb! This will be my most ex slippers man... Heartache!!!!

He also bought me a very nice jewellery box!! I love it! (**Photo will come later**)

It seems like Robinsons won't have the 20%+20% sale that soon. Hopefully they will have that before i give birth?! I need to get Mustella items for baby bath use. Met B&G and went to Handburger again as I want HS to try the burger. He loves it!

Resting is a problem

As baby is growing bigger and getting heavier, I am starting to have problems finding the right position to sleep at night. Turning and changing positions are very difficult as well. Reason being: if i lie down on my right, the baby will slide to the right side of my womb, so my tummy will slant down to the right. (If you can imagine that) and Hashton is constantly kicking actively even late at night. This will make my tummy pushing against the bed. Sometimes he kicked my rib cage as well making me uncomfortable. How can you fall asleep when your tummy is knocking against the BED?? Hmmm~ Someone please enlighten me. I heed advices and put a pillow below my tummy but its still uncomfortable at times. Getting out of bed is becoming so difficult as well... As mine is a sofa bed, so it's on the ground level and its too low. Getting out of bed is like getting up from a squatting position for me.. If HS is around he will pull me up, if not, i will have to find other supports like the table to pull myself up. Trying not to put too much pressure on my bladder. Talking about bladder. Its still okay for me in the day, don't really run to the toilet very often, but at night, its either i wake up at 2-3am or 6-7am in the morning. My back hurts as well... Upper and lower back always passing batons, taking turns to torture me =(

I am almost 8 months now.. Hashton how are you inside? You are moving ALOT nowadays. Is it because its too cramp for you inside? I can feel your elbow/knee rubbing against my womb and when i touch my stomach i can feel as if i am touching you. Looking for the day of your arrival. Although i am feeling freaked out by the delivery process... Too late to regret anyway, baby has to come out somehow. I shall leave it to GOD for the method of delivery that I should be taking. But of course, natural delivery is my 1st choice. I want HS to be able to view the entire process. Rare opportunity.

Bought a new bed from Courts today. Felt super comfy!! Looking forward to the delivery next monday. Hopefully that will help me rest better! Need to rearrange things in my room and make space for a baby bed.

Does anyone have a unwanted 2nd hand baby bed that you want to give away??? I already bought a brand new one which we will be using in Jurong. For this one I need it to be in my mother's place in Bishan, so that when my mum is looking after the baby some of the days, there's a bed for Hashton to sleep on.

Busy with packing my room for the new furnitures next week.

I think there are more than 40pcs of tops and bottoms altogether! One piece: romper, creepers, pyjamas. Two piece: t-shirts, jackets, pants. Plus those that I have already bought, I think from now till 1year old Hashton has enough clothes. =p

Overseas baby fashion is really much nicer than local i must say. Cheaper to get them from overseas but of course, they are still more expensive than those no brands. I think I've spent enough on baby clothes. Need to save my $$ for other things now.

Since pregnancy starts, I can really feel that having a baby is not easy and it definitely costs!! @_@

!!~Misery is OVER~!!

FINALLY!!! I went through ALL papers.. Not too sure if i can pass everything though.. =x Keeping my fingers crossed! Howard, MY, Zann, Jamie and I went to Changi Airport for Popeye's as dinner. Yummy~ I realised all of them are small eaters. Or are they too tired by the exams preparations that they lost their appetite?? Probably. I am also feeling super drained out...

Exam Analysis:

Soci - Should be able to pass (As long as markers give me some marks for Organisation??)

Maths 1 - OMG this i have nooo idea~

IBM - Should be okay i guess

Statistics 1 - Shouldn't be a problem. Just have the sucky feeling why i didn't have time to finish everything when i know how to do them! Argh~ Careless mistakes also

Econs - Hmmmm difficult to say but i think i did correctly. Although my answers are different from Howard's.. Haiz

Anyway, exams are OVER so i won't think so much. Will probably worry again in September when the results are about to be announced. Howard and MY has another week to her last paper. Howard is funny, saying "Why are we celebrating that exams are over with you people when its no over for us???" Haha Opps!

Coming up next, preparations for baby's arrival!! Lots of things to be done... Antenatal Classes, Employment of Maid, Adding of my name into HS flat and arranging our homes to welcome the baby! Going to be busy busy busy!!!

~Happy Mothers' Day~

Thanks Cai Ping for wishing me Happy Mothers' Day!! I kept telling everyone that I am not yet a mother because Hashton is not born yet but all of them disagree. Once pregnant = Mother. Hehehe. It's amazing to think that next year I will have Hashton with me during Mothers' Day. Ohhh soo excited!!

I went studying with MY at Junction 8 McDonald's yesterday night and HS came to look for us after his Ogawa event. He bought 1 stalk of flower for me as Mothers' Day gift. Awww what a pleasant surprise!!! I am soo touched!
